The first Fanomenon horror weekend is showcasing the very best new and unseen horror films from around the world, with 11 features (5 of which are UK premieres) and a wealth of astonishing and terrifying short films. The line up provides some of the most inventive filmmaking ever featured in a Fanomenon programme, from the British led Broken and Isolation to Resonnances and Hole – all of which feature in our Silver Méliès competition. The weekend kicks off with the UK Premiere of Dark Remains and climaxes with the recent British Masterpiece Severance with director Chris Smith providing a live commentary and a special surprise screening. In between we have enough terror, blood and gore to keep the most rabid horror fan happy. With guest appearances, live performances, competitions and more, the special £40 weekend pass is a real bargain.
