Like the first International Short Film Competition, this second programme is a selection of stories that bring together unknown worlds, real or imagined, where both the cruel and the wonderful are possible. Aïe is an example of this fantastical world where dancing with a ferocious vampire could lead to an intense love story. Fair Trade is a hard-hitting reality check, where the trade of humans could provide the key to resolving certain frustrations. And the powerful drama Dragon Flies is a tale of teen sweethearts whose first love is full of passion and disappointment.
