Film Festival screenings are not preceded by adverts or trailers. Films start at the advertised times. Please ensure you arrive at the venue in time for the performance. Late-comers may be refused access to the event.
Length of film does not include film introductions or Q&A sessions following the screening.

Film Festival Pass holders MUST present their Passes with a ticket when entering a screening / event.
Advance ticket holder seats will only be guaranteed until ten minutes before the scheduled start of the screening.
No entry permitted fifteen minutes after the scheduled start of any screening.
All customers must leave the cinema / screening room following each screening.
No refunds or exchanges will be given except in the case of cancellation of a screening, when you must return tickets to the City Centre Box Office.
Please turn off all mobile phones and PDAs while in screenings / events.
Screenings will be monitored for unauthorized recording. Recording devices are strictly prohibited. It is illegal to copy or record any portion of a film or take a photograph of the screen without the permission of the copyright owner. The Film Festival reserves the right to expel anyone recording or photographing, to confiscate pirated material, and to report any unauthorised recording to the police which may result in charges being brought against you for piracy.
Leeds Film will not tolerate mistreatment of its staff or volunteers of any kind and will take measures accordingly.
