A chilling and disturbing psychological horror, following one man’s guilt after the death of his estranged wife brings him nightmares and drives him to the edge of sanity. Slowly, his disturbing experiences worsen, and he struggles to cope as his terrifying experiences become more and more real. Like last year’s Méliès d’Argent winner The Last Employee, Japanese horror style gets a European makeover in this Swedish tale of slow-burn chills and terrifying shocks. A fantastic ensemble performance, including the ever-fantastic Peter Stormare as Krister’s psychiatrist.
Director Filip Tegstedt is attending the screening at Day of the Dead on Saturday 12th November from 1pm in City Varieties.
