In this wacky and shocking crime comedy from Leeds favourite Katsuhito Ishii, a failed actor is forced to smuggle dead bodies in a world full of underground bankers and crazed fashionista yakuza killers. Kinuta discovers his first ‘cargo’ consists of slaughtered yakuzas, including the headless corpse of Boss Tanuma. The killers, ultra-assassins Vertebrae and Viscera, are captured and Kinuta has to help deliver them to the Tanuma family. But when Kinuta’s kindness leads to Vertebrae’s escape, he has to ‘play’ Vertebrae in an attempt to deceive the yakuzas. Star Masanobu Ando (Vertebrae) is set to attend the screening.
