Zebra City, 2025 – ex-teacher Ichikawa wakes from a 15 year sleep, unaware he once saved Earth from green alien goo as clueless crime-fighter Zebraman. Tokyo has been renamed in his honour and terribly every day during Zebra Time police can eliminate anyone to help cut crime. Now Earth is in peril again as evil leather-clad superstar Queen Zebra plots to breed alien goo life and destroy all humans, after first murdering her pop chart rival. Can Ichikawa recover his super stripey powers in time?
