Gage Oxley - Oxygen Films (they/them)

Gage Oxley is predominantly a writer/director, as well as a freelance film programmer, and the managing director of Oxygen Films: a multi-award winning, non-profit, community-interest production company based in Leeds. Gage's role involves working with international charities, young creatives and LGBTQ* organisations around the world to create challenging motion pictures that facilitate and encourage open discussion on some of the most difficult aspects of a modern LGBTQ* community. Their latest feature film had its World Premiere in Leicester Square and US Premiere a stone’s throw away from the Hollywood Sign, and recently released a queer six-part hit anthology show, which reached over 8.4million households in its first year on Amazon Prime UK and US. Gage is also the current recipient of the first Virgin Money Change Makers Fellowship, awarded for their work as part of Oxygen Films.

Louisa Rose Mackleston - Northern Fortress Films (she/her)


Louisa is a Filmmaker and Assistant Director working in the Film &TV industry alongside running her production company Northern Fortress Films. Her debut short Ruth & Safiya, was selected for Leeds International Film Festival and also won Best Short at Cardiff International Film Festival. She is currently working with the Virgin Money Foundation on a Young Changemaker's Fellowship, where she is working on a program to help young people get into the industry. 

Hope Kemp - Hope Kemp Films (she/her)

Hope is an award winning British writer-director based in London, with a passion for crafting character-driven stories with a powerful message about the world we live in. She is currently in development of her first feature film which will be exec produced by Timur Bekmambetov and Bazelevs Company, as well as working as a freelance Audience Development Specialist at Netflix.

Hope was selected as ‘one of the most talented filmmakers in the country’ by the National Film & Television School/British Film Institute at only age 17. Since then, her short films have premiered at film festivals across the globe and she has been named a ‘One To Watch’ by INTOFILM and ‘Digital Leader’ by Santander. As part of directing duo TEARJERKER, her music video work has landed her a nomination for Best Rock Video at the 2021 UKMVAs and a prestigious WEBBY Award. 




Ronan Corrigan - Ronan Corrigan Films (he/him)

Ronan is an emerging Irish filmmaker, currently based in London. He has won a prestigious Webby Award with his documentary work for Boiler Room and was nominated as Best Rock Newcomer at the 2020 UKMVAs as part of the directing duo TEARJERKER. Through this success in the digital sphere, he currently works as a Creative Editor for Netflix UK's Writers Room, developing commercial work.

He was selected to be part of BAFTA X BFI CREW in 2021 being paired up with Element Pictures and has directed recent projects with clients such as Warner Music, Universal Music, Channel 4, BBC Three, BFI & The National Lottery. He is currently developing his first feature which will be exec produced by Timur Bekmambetov and Bazelevs Company.
