Talia is a young Belgian woman who travels to her ancestral home in Senegal for the first time to connect with the extended family she's never met. Staying in a luxury villa with her privileged cousin Binta, it isn’t too long before she is restless to explore beyond the walls of the villa and discover more about her roots.
