Family-friendly VR adventures that spark young imaginations and bring stories to life.

Part of our mission at Leeds Young Film Festival is to show how stories can be told in new ways and across new formats. Our VR Cinema is all about exploring what’s possible with new technology like virtual reality, and sharing that with children, young people and families in Leeds.

The experiences are free, family-friendly, and we work with local partners like Leeds City Museum and Breeze in the Park to bring these experiences to you during Leeds Young Film Festival and year-round.

We handpick our VR experiences to be fun and accessible, while sparking young imaginations with new ways of telling stories. Adults are welcome too, making it a perfect way to try something different together as a family.
