The 2019 INDIs Film Festival has come to a close, and with it we say goodbye for another year to fantastic guests. Across the course of the three day festival, over 1500 young artists and creators attended workshops, masterclasses and film screenings across Leeds - as well as having their independently made films winning up to £2750 worth of prizes.

At the heart of the INDIs Festival is the INDIs Young Filmmaker's Awards, this year in three age categories: 15-18, 19-21, and 22-25. A jury of expert film professionals watched and judged the films live, awarding the following from over 450 entries:

WINNER: Flower Face (Alex Deitsch)

Honourable Mention: Hidden (dir. Jess O'Brien), Apotheosis (Joshua Shea)

19 - 21

22 - 25
