A genre-bending collision of comedy, action and music, The Blues Brothers is one of the most distinctive cult films of the 1980s.

Recently released from prison, Jake and Elwood Blues are on a divine mission to save the Catholic orphanage they grew up in by reuniting their old rhythm and blues band for a fundraising gig. But as the suited-up duo hit the road to put the band back together, chaos follows at every turn, from police chases and furious country singers to encounters with Illinois Nazis and a mysterious, heavily armed woman played by Carrie Fisher.
