Leeds Queer Film Festival is once again thrilled to be curating LIFF’s Queer Short Film Competition, featuring LGBTQ+ stories from around the world across two programmes. This first of two programmes explores whether two people can fall in love over laundry, what happens when a non-binary filmmaker tries to have a conversation about identity with their mother, ways a group of queers stays connected when the pandemic shuts down the world, and how someone’s chosen family makes sure she is remembered accurately.

This short film programme contains adult themes, scenes of disability discrimination, and several scenes of LGBTQ+ discrimination.
