In Joshua Davidson’s world of the Night Zoo, children discover purple elephants, invisible spying giraffes, Wednesday flavoured ice cream and a city made entirely of igloos. Joshua Davidson, children's author and creator of the Night Zookeeper animated TV series, will lead a creativity workshop where you will be able to invent your own magical character to feature in his interactive world! Discover how the Night Zookeeper animated series was made and learn the secrets of character creation for storytelling. Who knows, maybe your creation could feature in a future episode!

An adult must accompany the child but does not need a separate ticket. Recommended for children aged 5+

About Joshua Davidson
Joshua is passionate about education and his books are about friendship, the power of creativity and the importance of unrestrained imagination. This attitude is what powers all of the work that he does with Night Zookeeper, be it in schools on his website or in his books or TV Series. Joshua wants to inspire children to view creativity as a superpower - something to be valued and nurtured. He has been a special guest speaker at the Edinburgh Book Festival, The London Book Fair, MiPJunior, Children's Media Conference and the Sharjah International Book Fair. He has also appeared across many BBC platforms to talk about the importance of creativity in education.
