Press Accreditation
Press accreditation is now open for the 2026 Leeds International Film Festival. We welcome applications from people with a range of backgrounds and experience across online, broadcast, and print channels, including established media outlets, emerging journalists, bloggers and content creators.
LIFF 2026 accredited press will have access to specific film screenings and events at LIFF 2026, and some online film screeners, and will be expected to write and publish content about LIFF. As part of your application, you will need to provide details of your media outlet, examples of recent coverage from the past six months, and what level of content you would publish about LIFF. There is no charge for press accreditation.
Rules for use of the press pass will be sent to delegates if they have been accepted. You will be required to bring photo ID to screenings when using your press pass. Press applications will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.
