Helios B.

Helios Blanc is a producer, distribution strategist and founder of Trans+ on Screen. 

Helios has executive produced or consulted on over 40 projects, showcasing his expertise and passion for groundbreaking storytelling and distribution. Clients include: Netflix, BFI, ITV, BBC, Channel 4.

Helios is currently an associate producer on a feature film in development with BFI. Their extensive experience in Film & TV distribution provides him with a keen insight into the numerous barriers within the film industry. In 2024, he was one of the producers of The Darkroom, a writers lab funded by BFI focusing on genre features.  

Beyond production, Helios serves on the Committee at BIFA and the Iris Prize Film Festival and has shared his knowledge as a panelist at festivals such as BFI, Berlinale, and Locarno.
