Malinda Kaur

Malinda has been in the industry for over 15 years. Having worked on many British critically acclaimed films such as GOOD LUCK TO YOU LEO GRANDE, ROCKS, ALI & AVA, TYPIST ARTIST PIRATE KING, as well as TV Drama DREAMING WHILST BLACK, KILLING EVE, PEEP SHOW & WHITE GIRL.

She has also made several Bafta/Bifa accredited shorts, including AMISHI which screened internationally and won a Platinum Remi at the World Houston international Film Festival.  

Her most recent short F.O.G, funded by BBC won best Yorkshire Short at Leeds International Film Festival 2023. A filmmaker from Bradford, Malinda strives on telling diverse stories and supporting working class voices.
