Yamana Jaman-Browne

Yamana is a HeadStart Trainee at SAA-uk, currently on placement at Leeds International Film Festival as Production and Communications Assistant. With a background in International Development, she has worked with organisations including Chapel FM and the British Library, with a focus on community engagement.

Passionate about community-led learning and cross-disciplinary collaboration, Yamana's practice is shaped by third spaces and grassroots initiatives. Her work explores how creativity, connection and care can thrive beyond formal institutions.
