WORKING WITH LEEDS YOUNG FILM

Do you want to inspire the next generation of young people through film and creativity? Leeds Young Film Festival is always looking to partner with schools, educators, cultural organizations, and community groups to deliver impactful projects. Whether you want to host a workshop, create a bespoke educational programme, or collaborate on a larger initiative, we would love to work with you. (maybe something about ages here or in the how you can get involved session?)

Schools & Groups
Our programme offers an inspiring and imaginative introduction to the magic of live theatre. Local schools, nurseries and groups visit the Carriageworks Theatre each year to experience world-class theatre which provides great opportunities for follow-up activities.

Booking a Trip
To book tickets for your class, email groupbookings@leeds.gov.uk or telephone 0113 376 0318. One teacher or accompanying adult goes free for every ten children. Payment must be made no later than 6 weeks before the date of your visit.  Tickets are non-refundable once payment is received, therefore please be certain of the number of tickets you require.

How You Can Get Involved

Schools and Educators: Bring our workshops to your classrooms, or participate in our CPD training to learn how to use film as an educational tool.
Cultural Organizations: Partner with us to co-create events or integrate film into your existing programmes.
Community Groups: Work with us to design projects that connect with your community and engage young people in meaningful ways.
Sponsorship Opportunities: Support our work and align your organization with a festival that values creativity, education, and inclusivity.
