Join the team and help spark something big for one of the UK's premiere family film festivals!
Leeds Young Film Festival (LYFF) is the UK’s largest family film event where the whole family can watch, learn and play. This year we’re celebrating our 25th birthday with screenings of award-winning family cinema and nostalgic classics, immersive VR Cinema and hands-on filmmaking activities across the city and beyond. LYFF takes place 30 March – 13 April.
We are looking for a small group of volunteers who:
- Are interested in the cinema and the film industry
- Are reliable and available across at least two shifts from 30 March to 13 April 2024
- Enjoy being part of a team and collaborating with others
- Are driven to help make Leeds Young Film Festival one of the best audience experiences for children and families in the UK
Volunteers will gain work experience, make new connections and develop valuable skills alongside free tickets to festival sessions and some LIFF Presents screenings.
The deadline to apply to volunteer is 20:00 on Friday 15 March. You will hear back regarding your application from Monday 18 March.
