The Independent Directions Film Festival (the INDIs) returns from 20th-22nd July across various venues in Leeds.
The INDIs will have some amazing events across the weekend for young audiences and emerging filmmakers. This will include workshops, masterclasses and events discussing Women in Film and TV, Emerging Technology and Virtual Reality, practical advice on how to sell your film through marketing and promotion, how to nail that audition both from an actors’ and casting directors view point and opportunities to attend screenwriting sessions, as well as previews and premieres of the latest films. The INDIs will also be welcoming industry guests and major film organisations to answer your questions, and for you to network with.
The prestigious INDIs Awards will take centre-stage on the 21st July, championing up-and-coming filmmakers who are in with a chance of winning up to £750 worth of prizes. The trailers for the films can be seen here!
The full line up for the INDIs will be announced at the end of June.
