Jacqueline Lentzou’s bold and visionary second feature (after Moon, 66 Questions) transforms a teenage coming-of-age story into something altogether more expansive.

15-year-old Jo drifts through an ordinary day in suburban Athens until an encounter with new classmate Phaedra sparks an unexpected connection. Beautifully observed and formally daring, Lentzou’s remarkable film moves beyond the everyday into metaphysical territory, exploring mortality and what might lie beyond.

"A bold, staggeringly inventive coming of age." — Leonardo Goi, The Film Stage
